Our Race Day Experience
From planning to post-race, we handle every detail so you can focus on your runners
Pre-Race
We set up your event on the ItsYourRace platform for online registration, prepare bibs with RFID timing chips, and organize packet pickup to ensure a smooth race morning for every participant.
Race Day
Our crew arrives early to set up a world-class finish line, test all timing equipment, and train volunteers. Every detail is checked and double-checked so the race starts on time and runs smoothly.
Finish Line
We provide Jaguar RFID Chip Timing for accurate results, professional audio systems, custom truss finish line structures, and large race clocks so every finisher gets the experience they deserve.
After the Race
Results are available instantly at our on-site results kiosk and published in real-time on ItsYourRace.com. We also capture finish line photos so runners can relive their achievement.
